The scheme offers cash awards to preserve and promote Haryana's rich traditional craft heritage.

Artisan / craft person / weaver residing in Haryana
Valid Haryana resident proof (Voter Card / Ration Card / Aadhaar / Resident Certificate)
Engaged in manufacturing in eligible craft sectors
Registered with Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Government of India
Craft work must be original and self-made
Nomination submitted within the scheme's annual application window

Registration certificate from Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), GoI
Photographs and samples / portfolio of craft work
Self-declaration of craft practice and years of experience
Bank account details for award credit
Caste certificate (for SC category award)
Any prior recognition or awards received
