Employment Generation Scheme
The Employment Generation Scheme provides wage subsidy to new industrial units in B, C, and D category blocks for employing skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers who are Haryana residents. The subsidy is ₹48,000 per person per year for SC/Women category employees and ₹36,000 per person per year for General category employees, for 7 years, for direct employment on payroll or contract with ESI/PF numbers.
