Everything you need to know about MSME classifications, Haryana government schemes, district block mapping, and ZED certification.

MSME Classification

Know Your MSME Category

The Government of India classifies MSMEs into three tiers based on investment in plant & machinery and annual turnover. Your category determines which schemes you're eligible for.

Micro Enterprise

Investment

≤ ₹1 Crore

Turnover

≤ ₹5 Crore

  • Basic government subsidies
  • Priority sector lending
  • Udyam Registration benefits
Small Enterprise

Investment

≤ ₹10 Crore

Turnover

≤ ₹50 Crore

  • ZED Certification eligibility
  • R&D and technology subsidies
  • Credit guarantee schemes
Medium Enterprise

Investment

≤ ₹50 Crore

Turnover

≤ ₹250 Crore

  • ISO & quality certification support
  • Export promotion schemes

Both conditions (investment AND turnover) must be met to qualify for a category. If either exceeds the limit, the enterprise moves to the next category.
